The whole world is concerning about #MH370 incident recently... But till now still no news at all.. They can't find anything at all and it's 3rd day now. For me, I will think that is a hope because as long as they didn't find anything, the passengers and the crews are still alive... So till now don't lose hope and pray hard 
After the incident, if you ask me what are my feeling right now, I feel complicated and scare... I scare of flying right now... When take off and landing, I will keep looking outside the window because it reminds me of #MH370 :( Not only me, all of my colleagues feel the same too... Our mental get affected seriously
我知道现在全世界都在关注#MH370的事件... 但是很可惜到现在却是一点消息都没有。已经进入第3天了但是却没有找到任何足迹。但是对于我来说可能是个好消息，因为没有找到任何东西就证明还是有希望，希望飞机上的所有人都还活着。所以大家不要放弃祈祷，希望他们尽早归来~ 
这个事件发生之后，如果你问我现在心情如何的话，我会诚实的告诉你，我很害怕，我害怕去上班~ 每当起飞和降落的时候，我都会默默地看着窗外，因为这会让我想起#MH370。不只是我，所有同事都一样，大家的心理都严重受到影响

There is one reader ask me to share about the safety briefing of AirAsia X... She said most of the flight, most of the passengers wouldn't understand and concentrate on Flight Attendant's safety demonstration. So here I would like to share out the whole safety demo that we did on board and also will highlight some important notes for you guys, so next time when you travelling as a passenger you will understand the message that we trying to deliver to you.  
有个读者建议我说，把AirAsia X的安全示范措施分享分析出来。她说大多数的航班，大多数的乘客都不明白，不专心看我们空服员在前面示演的安全措施示范。所以今天这篇，我会分享我们飞机上示演的安全措施和我会告诉你们里面隐藏的重要的资讯。下一次身为乘客的你，可以更了解我们想要传达给你的飞机上的安全说明

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your SEATBELT. To fasten, insert the metal tip into the buckle and tighten the belt by pulling on the buckle strap. To unfasten, lift the metal flap. 

**NOTES: Whenever the seatbelt sign is ON, you must return to your seat and fasten your seatbelt securely.. This is to avoid any clear air turbulence(aircraft drop rapidly suddenly) and you will 'fly up to the aircraft ceiling'.. The best way is whenever you are sitting, just fasten your seatbelt.

这是你的安全带，系上安全带，只需将铁扣插入扣环，然后拉紧扣环带，便可系紧安全带。如要解开，将扣把拉起即可。

**资讯：当安全带指示灯亮起时，一定要回到你的座位并扣上安全带。这是预防忽然发生的‘口袋气流’（飞机忽然间掉进一个口袋的感觉），如果这时的你没有扣上安全带的话，就会‘飞上飞机的天花板’变成弹弹球。所以最好就是当你一坐下，就扣好安全带。

Should an OXYGEN MASK like this drop from the compartment above your seat, immediately pull the mask FIRMLY towards you. Place the mask over your nose and mouth with the headband tightly around your head and breath normally. Place your own mask first before assisting others(old peoples, babies or children) under your care. 

**NOTES: I know some of you don't know what is the usage of OXYGEN MASK. Our aircraft cabin is pressurized to 14,000ft so we can breath normally in the aircraft. In case any emergency such as a small hole in the aircraft, the cabin pressure will start to raise and if more than 14,000ft.. the oxygen mask will drop automatically and it will provide oxygen for us to breath within 15 minutes. Pilots have to do a rapid descend to a safe level within 15 minutes. 

客舱失压时，氧气面罩会自动落下，请您先拉下面罩罩在自己的鼻子和嘴巴，以正常的方式呼吸，然后再协助其他人（比如老人家，婴儿或小孩）

**资讯：相信很多人都不知道氧气面罩的用途。我们的客舱里都被降压去14,000尺所以才能在机舱里正常的呼吸和移动。如果飞机有个小破洞就会导致机舱里的气压上升，如果气压上升超过14,000尺，氧气面罩就会自动掉落然后提供氧气长达15分钟。在这15分钟里，机师们就必须尽快把飞机降至安全的高度。

Your LIFEVEST is under your seat. To use it, slip it over your head like this. Clip on the waistband and pull it tight. At the exit before leaving the aircraft, pull 01 tag/02 tags to inflate your life vest. Do not inflate your life vest until you are at the exit as this will slow down the evacuation flow. Your life vest has 01 oral tube/02 oral tube for further inflation. The light comes on when it contact with water and here is a whistle to attract attention.

**NOTES: Our life vest is totally different from the one we use on ground or on the boat. We do provide baby life vest onboard and it looks like a ballet dress hahaha, it is upon request. You will get it only when you request from the cabin crew, cabin crew will put it in your seat pocket. Do not open and do not remove the baby life vest unless emergency. For children that over 3 years old should use the adult life vest. 

在座位下方，备有救生衣，先将救生衣从头上套下，把后面的腰带拉到前面再扣在前面的扣环，拉紧腰带。救生衣前面有01个/02个红色拉扣，当您要离开紧急出口时，请用力向下拉，救生衣就会自动充气，如果不能膨胀，救生衣的一边/两边各有1条吹管，直接向里面吹气，直到充满空气为止。所有救生衣内均有位置灯，著水时位置灯会自动亮起。救生哨子可以引起救生人员的注意。

**资讯：我们机上的救生衣跟陆地或是船上的是不一样。我们飞机上也提供婴儿救生衣，看起来像是芭蕾舞裙哈哈哈~ 但是是乘客问起时，我们才会给。如果你问空服员的话，空服员会把婴儿救生衣放在你前面的座椅袋内，不要打开也不要带走除非发生紧急状况。小孩超过3岁以上必须穿戴成人救生衣

Evacuation slides are located at all exits. Please note where the emergency exits on this aircraft are located. They are being pointed out to you now, bearing in mind that the nearest exits maybe behind you. In the event of landing on water, slide rafts are located at all exits. During evacuation, leave your hand luggage. If smoke is present, please keep low and follow the path lights to the nearest exit as indicated. 

**NOTES: You really have to study where are the nearest emergency exit for you to evacuate. Different aircraft equipped with different evacuation slides or slide rafts. Airbus A330-300(AirAsiaX a/c) all exits are equipped with slide rafts, so in case emergency landing on water, all exits can evacuate and slide rafts can be use. But for Airbus A340-300, all exits are equipped with slide rafts except EXIT B(you need to know where are the exit B) because EXIT B is only evacuation slide, they do not equipped slide raft. So EXIT B is only use for emergency landing on ground, not on water. 

每一个机舱门都有紧急逃生滑梯，空服员将为您指示紧急出口，请注意最靠近您的紧急出口可能就在后面。如果在水上迫降，逃生船将会在所有出口。如果紧急情况发生，请将所有物品留下。如果有烟霾，身体尽量保持最低姿态，跟着地面的指示灯光走到离你最近的紧急出口。

**资讯：你必须清楚了解飞机上所有的紧急出口。不同的飞机会装置不同的紧急逃生滑梯或逃生船。比如A330-300（AAX飞机）全部紧急出口都有装置逃生船，所以如果紧急降落在水上，全部紧急出口都可以使用。但是A340-300，全部紧急出口都有装置逃生船除了EXIT B（你必须知道EXIT B在哪里）因为EXIT B只是有逃生滑梯，并没有装置逃生船。所以如果发生紧急降落在水上，EXIT B是不能使用的。

A copy of this safety information card is in your seat pocket, please read it carefully. Passengers seated next to an emergency exits are requested to study the operation of these exits in the safety card. 

**NOTES: For those who seated next to an emergency exit, you will be briefed by a cabin crew, so in case any emergency, you need to assist the cabin crew to operate the emergency, or in case anything happen to the cabin crew, you need to take over and open the exit... So do not ignore the safety card, please read and understand it...
